What is included in the 2-day conference ticket?

Your 2-day conference ticket will include:

  • 2-day conference pass, access to all areas including exhibition
  • Tea breaks and lunches
  • Exclusive, signature Networking Reception
  • Conference papers
  • Door gifts and conference bag
  • Name tag
What are my payment options?

You may make payments by bank transfer, cheque, cash, or online payments using credit or debit card via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to perform the online payment. Instructions will be available at your checkout page.

Do you accept walk-ins?

At the moment, yes. However, we have very limited spaces, so we strongly recommend you to purchase your tickets as soon as possible.

How far in advance should I purchase my ticket?

Since we have very limited spaces, we advise you to purchase them as early as possible. Usually, tickets sell out a few weeks before the event.

Do you accept cancellations and refunds?

At the moment, we do not accept cancellations and no refunds can be made after payments are confirmed.

What is the booking process like?
  1. Add your selection to cart.
  2. Checkout and enter your details as instructed. Please ensure your contact details and name are correct
  3. Choose your payment method:
  • Bank Transfer: Our bank details will be available when you checkout. After submitting your registration, your ticket(s) will be on hold for you for 24 hours. Payment must be made within 24 hours upon your registration otherwise your ticket(s) will be released.
  • Cheque Payments: Our bank details will be available when you checkout. After submitting your registration, your ticket(s) will be on hold for you for 7 working days. Payment must be made and cleared within 7 working days otherwise your ticket(s) will be released.
  • PayPal: Pay immediately using your credit or debit card and receive confirmation instantly.

4. After submitting your registration, our team will contact you within 24 hours to notify you with your booking status.

Are the ticket(s) transferable?

Yes. Please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance with regards to the new delegate’s name and contact details.

Where can I get more information about the Conference?

We update our programmes regularly. But rest assure that you will receive some of the most exclusive and curated contents on renewable energy and green technology! All of our delegates will receive emails regularly regarding the latest event updates, speakers and topics for REGTech2017. Can International Delegates participate in REGTech2017 Conference?

Absolutely! We invite anyone who would like to join the Conference. Ticket prices are the same for both Malaysian and International Delegates.
