What is included in the 2- half day online conference ticket?

Your 2- half day conference ticket will include:

  • 2- half day conference pass
  • Conference Papers
  • Business Matching Opportunity
How to join the Business Matching?

There is an option for you to choose when you fill the Registration Form. However, if you register to join the conference, you are automatically be given access or link to both conference and business matching.

What are my payment options?

You may make payments by bank transfer or online payments using credit or debit card via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to perform the online payment. Instructions will be available at your checkout page.

Do you accept last minute registration?

At the moment, yes. However, we have very limited spaces, so we strongly recommend you to purchase your tickets as soon as possible.

How far in advance should I purchase my ticket?

Since we have very limited spaces, we advise you to purchase them as early as possible. Usually, tickets sell out a few weeks before the event.

Do you accept cancellations and refunds?

At the moment, we do not accept cancellations and no refunds can be made after payments are confirmed.

What is the booking process like?
  1. Add your selection to cart.
  2. Checkout and enter your details as instructed. Please ensure your contact details and name are correct
  3. Choose your payment method:
  • Bank Transfer: Our bank details will be available when you checkout. After submitting your registration, your ticket(s) will be on hold for you for 24 hours. Payment must be made within 24 hours upon your registration otherwise your ticket(s) will be released.
  • PayPal: Pay immediately using your credit or debit card and receive confirmation instantly.

4. After submitting your registration, our team will contact you within 24 hours to notify you with your booking status.

Are the ticket(s) transferable?

Yes. Please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance with regards to the new delegate’s name and contact details.

Where can I get more information about the Conference?

We update our programmes regularly. But rest assure that you will receive some of the most exclusive and curated contents on renewable energy and green technology! All of our delegates will receive emails regularly regarding the latest event updates, speakers and topics for REGTech2021. Otherwise, feel free to check our website regularly, or drop us a message at info@midaseventsm.com.

I would like to purchase more than 10 tickets

For large groups exceeding 10, kindly contact us at info@midaseventsm.com and we will walk through the booking and payment process with you.

Can International Delegates participate in REGTech2021 Online Conference?

Absolutely! We invite anyone who would like to join the Online Conference and Business Matching. For International Delegate to join both conference and business matching, the ticket price is USD60/- per delegate, and if only joining the business matching, the ticket price is USD50/- per Delegate.
