The Exhibition rates are priced at RM 3,000 per 9 sqm, space only, which includes table and 2 chairs, waste paper basket, 2x13 AMP sockets.

Who can participate in this Exhibition?

This Exhibition is open to Malaysian and International exhibitors in the renewable energy and green technology industry.

How do I secure a space?

A non-refundable deposit of RM 1,500 is required to secure your space.

What is a Non-Refundable Deposit?

The Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) is used to secure your space. It is charged as part of your total Exhibition cost. For example, if you book a space for RM 3,000, upon confirmation, an RM 1,500 NRD must be made to secure your space and the balance of RM 1,500 is to be made 30 days prior to the Event.

What is a Security Deposit?

The RM 500 Security Deposit (minus any fees for damage to the facility or additional cleaning) will be returned to you within 30 days of the conclusion of the Event. Inspection of the area and rental property will take place immediately following the Event. If damage has occurred, the Deposit, less costs of repairs or clean-up, will be returned. If these costs are greater than the Deposit, you will be liable and billed for the balance with payment due no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the Event.

Can I make full payment upon confirmation?

Yes, definitely!

What are my payment options?

We accept bank transfers, cash, cheques, credit/debit card visa PayPal.

What is the registration process like?
1. Register by filling in the form and submitting it to us. The form can be found in the Brochure or online e-form.
2. You will receive a call or an email within 1 – 2 working days from our office to acknowledge your registration.
3. We will send you an Invoice and Exhibitor Contract Agreement. The contract is to be signed and returned to us accordingly.
4. Make payment following the instructions stated in the Invoice.
5. Submit proof of payment and notify us that payment has been made via email.
6. A receipt and the Exhibitor’s Technical Handbook will be sent to you. You will also be required to submit your company details for the Exhibition Directory.
Can I cancel or request for a refund?
  1. Cancellation charges (% of total prior to the commencement of the Exhibition cost)
    – 2 months or more prior – RM 1,500 i.e Non-Refundable Deposit
    – 1 month or more and less than 2 months prior – RM 2,500
    – 1 month prior – 100% of total cost i.e. RM 3,000
  2. Your Security Deposit of RM 500 (less bank charges if any) will returned to you should you cancel. We practice a strict no-refund policy once payment is made.
How many Exhibitor Passes are provided per Exhibitor?

By default, you will get 2 passes. However, if you would like more passes, please indicate the amount of passes you need in the Exhibitor Form. The Exhibitor pass is limited to Exhibition area only.

Where can I get more information about the Conference?

We update our programmes regularly. But rest assure that you will receive some of the most exclusive and curated contents on renewable energy and green technology! All of our delegates will receive emails regularly regarding the latest event updates, speakers and topics for REGTech2018. You will also receive an REGTech2018 Conference Delegate Kit prior to the event. Otherwise, feel free to check our website regularly, or drop us a message at info@midaseventsm.com.

Does the package include meals?

No. However, you may opt to purchase meals (lunch or tea breaks or both) separately.
