CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Official check-in time is 1400 hours and the check-out time is 1200 hours the day of departure. The Hotel will make every effort to accommodate guests arriving before 1400 hours. However, to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved the night prior to the guest arrival. Late check-out after 1200 hours is upon request and is subject to availability. A half-day charge is applicable for late check-out till 1800 hours. Room occupied beyond 1800 hours will be charged at full rate.

Transportation can be arranged to and from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport the following rates:-
- Seat-In-Coach – RM 42.00nett per person (one way)
- Limousine – RM 350.00nett per car per way (maximum 03 persons with luggage)
- Private Car – RM 880.00nett per Van (10 seater) per way
Distance from Kota Kinabalu International Airport to Sutera Harbour Resort is approximately 7km and the duration of the journey takes about 10 minutes by car.
Kindly note that 50% surcharge will be applicable for transfers arranged at the hours stipulated below:-
